The Holmes Place fitness and lifestyle studio is located in the neighboring building.
Our guest have the opportunity to train there. For 15,00 Euros for a day ticket instead of 35,00 Euross you can use all
the equipment, the fitness classes and the Holmes Place Spa. All you have to do is
show your room key at the reception at Holmes Place and off you go.

City Tax/ Overnight tax in Berlin 
For bookings from 01.04.2024 all guests are obliged 
to pay the city tax when staying in Berlin. Until now, 
this regulation only applied to tourist stays.
If you have any questions, please contact the
front deskteam. From the 1st of January it will be 7,5%.
