As a guest of our GOODMAN´S LIVING apartment building, you can lean back, relax and enjoy your stay in Berlin. In our accomodation price you´ll find included the cleaning of the apartment, once a week and every three days we change the towels, and the use of our washing machines is also included. We also offer free Wi-Fi for our guests.

City Tax/ Overnight tax in Berlin 
For bookings from 01.04. all guests are obliged to pay
the city tax when staying in Berlin. Until now, this
regulation only applied to tourist stays.
For reservations made before April 1st the previous               
regulation applies.
